School Financial Services, LLC is dedicated to empowering all school districts with accessible, cost-effective financial planning and budgeting tools. Our mission is to simplify the complex processes of educational finance by providing innovative, user-friendly software solutions that enable school administrators, business managers, and educators to make informed financial decisions with confidence and efficiency.

We develop comprehensive financial software tools specifically designed for Nebraska schools, including the TEEOSA Calculator for understanding state education funding formulas, the Property Valuation Estimator for assessing property tax impacts, and the Budget Planner for comprehensive district and building-level financial planning. Our solutions are built with deep knowledge of Nebraska’s unique educational finance landscape, regulatory requirements, and the specific needs of our school communities. In addition, new tools featuring data collection, debt management, and facility asset management are now available for any school district, in any state.

At School Financial Services, we believe that financial transparency and accessibility should not come at a premium cost. Our tools are designed to reduce the financial burden on districts while improving the accuracy and timeliness of financial analysis. What we have learned after year one is that the issues facing all schools go beyond the need for tools. As a result, we are expanding our services beyond Nebraska and will be offering consultation and studies related to consolidation or reorganization of school districts, budget planning, facilities analysis and long-term planning, strategic planning, and safety planning.
